Minecraft server file is downloading to notpad

I accidentally set it so that it opens it on notepad, is there any way to undo it and not open it from notepad? I have installed JAVA onto my computer, but when I hover over the "open with" option for the installer file, JAVA is not. Hi guys, I recently have wanted to make a FileManager. I'm getting the file from the minecraft website and it's just downloading as a notepad file instead of a jar. If anyone has any information that could help me out that would be fantastic!
