Pc lag while downloading

Steam lags when downloading something [SOLVED]: When downloading games from Steam, users have reported to experiencing lag or even worse their computer hangs and they have to restart their PC. And when they again try to download the game from steam, boom the same problem appears. While downloading at max speed, MB/s, my computer grinds almost to a stop. The mouse lags, every programme running starts to lag, which starts the moment I download anything and ends as soon as it's paused/finished. Whenever I download something at full bandwith, my mouse (wireless Hama Roma) lags like hell. This can be reproduced all the time, the lag occurs when downloading, regardless of the application (e.g. Steam, Firefox) used.**. I suspect it to be a proplem with either the mouse, the wifi adapter or my SSD (Win is run on that).

Broadly, when we use the word lag for technical aspects, it represents a slow response from a computer, be it any input or output process of a system. If we dig deep to pull out more about it then it means when your computer responds slowly than its actual speed then your PC is lagging. 2) Anti-aliasing: Make sure to turn off this option. Turning on causes more lag. 3) Memory: If you have an 8 GB ram, put MB, or for 16GB, put MB. In short, put half the ram you have on your pc. 4) Processor: Place the core you have on your computer/laptop. By the way, Gameloop will automatically assign this. Later on I also noticed this that literally whenever something downloads, seemingly the rest of my computer slows down. While it's technically fine when I just use it, when I play a game and Steam (the digital game vendor by Valve if someone is unaware) starts downloading/updating something, whatever it is I'm playing starts to lag terribly.

However, weak signals, unstable lines, gateway or disconnection issues, low up and download speed always happen, which can cause a computer to be lagging. This mainly happens when your OS is trying to update or send data to the data center and installed software is downloading or uploading data in the background. Utorrent is more than likely the culprit. Your pc is getting pings and hit with searches and you are servicing downloads. If you have this problem with Utorrent not running, then there may be something wrong. Utorrent is known to cause system stuttering. The only things I am downloading are games from services like Steam / uPlay.. etc, or patches from games like World of Tanks or World of Warships. I have a 70Mb fibre line, the download speed is absolutely fine and I am having no issues with the connection but whenever I'm downloading larger files (Mb+) at over roughly 5Mb/s my PC freezes.
