Can't Download COD:4 Update Despite 40+ GB of Free Space. So, it keeps prompting me to check my storage upon retrying to download the latest COD:4 update, so I'm assuming this issue has to do with my current space on my disk, but I have GB available Free Space. Try restarting your PS4. If that doesn't work delete the updates and download them one by one. If both of those don't work, I'm not entirely sure what the problem is as I've never experienced. If you're trying to download a game, or even just an update for a game you already have installed, your PS4 might tell you there's not enough free space in system storage.
